Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Remindly. The most important part is the one just below: Remindly helps, but it is not a medical device and must not be the only thing standing between someone and a missed dose.

Remindly is a reminder tool, not medical care. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Reminders can be delayed or missed — the reminder screen has to stay open, sound will not play until someone taps the screen, and delivery depends on the device, its browser, and the network. Please do not rely on Remindly as the only safeguard for medication, health, or safety. It is a help, not a guarantee. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Who provides Remindly
Remindly is provided by Anakhsoft ("we", "us"). By using Remindly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: hello@remindly.care.
Your account
Remindly has no passwords — you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. An account is for one person; you are responsible for what happens under yours. You must be an adult to use Remindly.
Caregivers and the people they care for
Remindly is built for caregivers to set up reminders for a senior, which means a caregiver can see that person's reminders and care history. Only set Remindly up for someone who has agreed to it. A caregiver can remove themselves from a senior at any time, and either person can ask us to end a link by emailing hello@remindly.care. You agree to use another person's information only to help care for them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Remindly for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to;
- try to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use it to harass, deceive, or invade the privacy of another person; or
- copy, scrape, or resell the service.
Your content
The reminders, notes, and other information you add remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Remindly running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may add, change, or remove features. Remindly is provided "as is" and "as available."
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Remindly is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any harm, loss, or missed reminder arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Remindly at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If a dispute arises, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; when we do, we will change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated to the people affected. Continuing to use Remindly after a change means you accept the updated terms.
